Not long to go now until the 2021 edition of the Convict 100 on Saturday 1st May!
Whether you’ve signed up for the 44km, 68km or 100km course option, this event is one experience that you are really going to love. Follow the historic Convict Trail through the heart of the McDonald Valley, taking in some of the best scenery the area has to offer. The mix of fast fire trail, technical rock gardens, rocky descents and spectacular ridgeline views is unmatched by any other MTB event. It is one rugged, remote epic adventure on a bike!
Some important reminders are listed below so that you arrive on race day fully prepared and ready to smash your goals.
Recent Weather Impact
The event is proceeding as planned on Saturday 1st May and we are liaising with the local community and authorities to determine if any course changes are required to avoid areas damaged by recent rain or flood waters. Registered riders will be notified via email if course changes occur.
Registrations
Rest assured, if you registered for the 2020 Convict 100 your entry has been automatically rolled over to 2021 and we’ll be waiting for you on the start line in 6 weeks time. If you are now unable to make the race you still have cancellation and transfer options available to you. Please check the information HERE if you need to make a change.
Unsigned Waivers
Every rider MUST sign their event waiver before you will be allowed to race. You can do this up until race day by going to your MyEvents portal on www.active.com and following the Unsigned Waiver prompts or clicking the link in the Waiver Reminder emails you have been receiving from us.
Please be aware that you will NOT be mailed your race bib prior to the event unless you have signed your event waiver. To avoid having to collect your bib and sign your waiver at registration you will need to sign your waiver online by midnight Tuesday 6th April.
Race Bib Mailing Addresses (NSW addressed only)
In order to receive your race bib in the mail prior to the event, you will need to ensure your address for your event entry is up to date (not just your Active profile address). This can be updated by going to your MyEvents portal on www.active.com and within your event registration changing your details. If you have trouble doing this please let us know and we can update for you. This will need to be completed by midnight Tuesday 6th April.
Merchandise
Event t-shirts are still available for purchase if you forgot to add one to your entry (view the design HERE). You can do this by going to your MyEvents portal on www.active.com and within your event registration following the prompts to add purchases. T-shirt merchandise orders close at midnight Saturday 17th April. Please note that event jerseys can no longer be ordered.
We look forward to seeing you in St Albans very soon!
