Event Program Available24th April 2019
The Official Event Program for the 15th Anniversary Edition of the Convict 100 is now available.
This important document contains all the information you need to know about the event and is a must read for all riders. Make sure you download your copy via the button below and have a good read before race day.
All race numbers will be available for collection at registration on Friday evening or on race morning. No race numbers will be posted out before the event so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to collect your race number before your designated race start time.
The weather forecast is predicting some great weather leading into the event and on race day itself, so keep harassing that reluctant mate to get him or her on the start line at St Albans. Trust us when we say they won’t regret it! Online entries are still open up until midnight next Wednesday 1st May here.
Transfers & Course Changes
Now that online transfers and course changes have closed, last minute rider transfers and course changes can only be done at registration.
If you are looking to downgrade or upgrade distances this can still be done at the event. You will need to head to the ‘Transfers’ desk at registration to complete the change. You will be allocated with a new race bib number to reflect your new distance. Riders stepping down in distance are NOT eligible for any refunds while riders going up in distance will need to pay the difference in entry price between the two distances.
Please note that failure to complete this change could see you directed along your original course by staff and event marshals along the route.
Replacement riders are required to bring along written proof/registration confirmation (a message/email on your phone will suffice) from the original rider. You will need to line up at the ‘Transfers’ desk at registration to complete the transfer.
On the day transfers will incur a $40 admin fee (payable by the new rider), cash preferred. Exchange of funds for original race entry fees will be a private transaction between the two riders. Please allow extra time to complete this at registration.
To help speed up the process we recommend filling out the ‘Participant Changes Form’ on the button below and bringing with you on the day.
We are still on the hunt for a few volunteers to help out at the Event Centre on Saturday. Volunteers will predominantly be involved in helping at registration then cheering the riders across the finish line and making sure they receive their free Wayward Brewing Co beer upon completion of the event.
If you have a partner, friend or family member coming along to cheer you across the line why not ask them to help out. Lunch will be provided to these volunteers along with plenty of thanks and appreciation from the Event Director and prime positioning to see you cross the finish line. Volunteers also earn themselves a free entry to next years event, even more reason to help out!
Anyone interested in volunteering should fill out the Volunteer Proforma via the button below and we will be in touch straight away.
